100% dairy-free soy cheese.

Sheese is a cheese alternatives based on soybean, and doesn't contain any material from milk, egg, nor meat. Although it is a 100% dairy-free soy cheese with cholesterol-free and low-calorie for the people of vegetarian and macrobiotics, the smell, the taste, and smoothness are similar to dairy cheese.

The word of "macrobiotics" came from the Greek, "macro" (large, long) and "bios" (life). It means the way of longevity. It is a life style to make health and live long by simple and well-balance (known as yin and yang) on the point of meal considering with environment and food materials. Macrobiotics is based on the traditional Japanese cuisine with grains from old times. It fixes your body and state of mind mainly with food. Recently, Madonna, a famous American artist, dancer, actress and entrepreneur, practises macrobiotics and the mass media introduce it in various ways. One of the basic concepts of macrobiotics is "Ichibutsu Zentai" in Japanese or "Whole Foods" in English. For example, we should eat whole vegetable with everything, including the skin and roots. Food sources are balanced from the top to the bottom of the vegetable. In order to have a balanced body, it is important not to leave these elements out. And now Bute Island Foods Ltd. nominated in the Vegan Environmental awards 2009 for BEST VEGAN MANUFACTURER.

Sheese is 100% vegan cheese. Egg & Dairy-Free Lactose-Free Gluten-Free Free from Hydrogenated Fat And Sheese was given its official Kosher certification by the London Beth Din on 7th April, 2006. Certificate no. 7075.
