Sheese Fondue

(Serves for about 4 persons)

Ingredients list:
Sheese MEDIUM CHEDDAR STYLE
Sheese MOZZARELLA STYLE
Rice-flour dumplings
Soy milk
White wine
Salt
Brown rice vinegar

a half teaspoon or more

How to make it:
  1. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender to make paste.

  2. Put the paste into the pan and heats with a low flame.

  3. Add soy milk and salt with your taste.

Pizza toast

How to make it:

  1. Spread ketchup on bread, and place some vegetables like sliced onion or mushrooms and so as you like.

  2. Spread the paste which made with above recipe, "Cheese Fondue", and toast until the bread and the paste become brown.

Rice croquette

Ingredients list:

Cooked brown rice
Oregano, rosemary, etc..
Olive oil
Salt
Sheese SMOKED CHEDDAR (diced)

How to make it:
  1. Mix thoroughly cooked brown rice with herb, olive oil and salt.

  2. Put diced Sheese in the rice, and makes them into balls.

  3. Coat them in flour, water and bread crumbs, and fly them.

The smell of basil matches with sheese. We think sheese can match with other herbs such as oregano and rosemary but basil. When the temperature of inside sheese is suitable, it is soft and nice combination with cooked brown rice. It becomes easier to eat when the sheese cut in detail to mix with. We can enjoy a delicious dish as the rice salad at the state mentioned above.

Fried sheese

Ingredients list:

Your favourite choice of Sheese
Wheat flour
Flour with water
Bread crumb


How to make it:
Dice the Sheese, and coat it in flour and bread crumbs, then after, fly it.

Comment:
It is suitable as the appetizer!
It gives savoury flavour and becomes richer taste.
When you mix parsley and any other herbs with bread crumbs, it will be beautiful, and the smell is matched with.
If you fry it with potato and Chinese yam, feel of chewing with them together seems like well harmony

Edifica Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients list (size of diameter: 30 cm / for 2 to 3 persons)



Pizza base about 30 cm diameter
Vegetable margarine
Herbs
High-quality sea salt and cracked black pepper

Canned tomato (cut)

One clove of raw garlic

Soya mayonnaise
Sliced mushroom
Pitted olives for decoration

How to make it:
  1. Making the tomato sauce:
    Place olive oil and garlic in the pan, and heat them.
    When it smells, add onion and saute.
    Then add canned tomato into it. After it boil, simmer by low heat for 3 minutes.
    Add Sheese Medium Cheddar to it, and simmer for 2 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper to make proper flavour.

  2. Making the base.
    Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in the bowl.
    Blend olive oil into powders.
    Add Soya milk little by little, and make the base by hands.
    Roll out the base using a rolling pin.
    Put the base on the greased cookie sheet.
    Brush the edge of pizza base with olive oil, and prick it with a fork.

  3. Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
    Brush Soya mayonnaise from the center of pizza base to 2 cm inside of the edge.
    Put the tomato sauce on it.
    Decorate mushroom, basil, paprika, and Sheese Mozzarella Style on it.

  4. Bake it in the oven at 220 degrees for about 18 to 20 minutes.
